Iready Infotech Private Limited

Down in Gandhinagar, things are usually a bit quieter than in the city. We’re over at Plot No 1495/1 in Sector No 3/D. It’s a decent spot to have an office because it’s not as frantic as Ahmedabad, though the summer heat hits just as hard here. Iready Infotech has been operating out of this Gandhinagar location for some time now. We aren't a massive operation with a big sign on the roof or anything. It’s mostly just a bunch of desks and computers inside a regular building. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. Some days are slower than others. We don't have a big HR department or a complex hierarchy; if someone has a question, they just shout across the room. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. The walk to the main road for a coffee break is nice when the weather isn't too bad. People in the neighborhood know us as the tech folks who are always there late. We don't have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. We just focus on the work that comes in. It’s a basic setup, really. We have a few plants in the corner that someone forgets to water half the time, and the chairs could probably use an upgrade, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily list of things.
