I Tech Solutions

Our office is at E 503 in Sanand Gidc-Ii. It’s right across from Suprajit and not too far from Hirapur Village. Sanand has changed a lot lately with all the big factories coming up everywhere. We moved into this unit because it was close to the main road and easy for people to find without getting lost in the industrial estate. We call it I Tech Solutions, but really, it’s just a few of us working on computers and hardware stuff all day long. The desks are always a bit messy with wires and parts, but we know where everything is located. It’s not a shiny corporate park with glass walls. It’s a real work space. Some days we are out at client sites more than we are in the office. We deal with whatever technical issues come up for the businesses around here. Sometimes it’s software problems, other times it’s just fixing a broken connection that someone tripped over. We try to be helpful when people call us up. Usually, the phone rings when something is already broken, so we spend a lot of time troubleshooting under pressure. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a coffee machine. Just a few chairs and a lot of half-empty mugs. It gets a bit noisy with the trucks passing by the GIDC area, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things simple here. If it’s broken, we try our best to fix it.
