Hkisan Farmer Producer Company Limited

We operate Hkisan Farmer Producer Company Limited from the office of Harish Chandra Dalai. This is located at Gandhinagar RMC No 47. It’s a very local operation. We spend most of our time working directly with people who are involved in farming. Since we are a farmer producer company, our day-to-day is mostly about coordinating between different groups. The office itself is pretty basic. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a place to sit down, talk through the numbers, and figure out the next steps for the season. Being part of the RMC setup means we see a lot of people coming and going. It can get a bit loud during the busy hours, especially when there are a lot of discussions going on about the crops and the markets. We try to keep things as simple as possible. It is mostly about the work and the people we serve in the area. Harish Chandra Dalai’s place has become a bit of a hub for us. We handle the registrations, the meetings, and all the administrative stuff that comes with running a producer company. It isn't always glamorous work, and sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming. But we just take it one day at a time. We are deep in the local scene here, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s a practical way to run things without all the corporate overhead.
