Our company, Daulat Farmers Producer Company Limited, is situated at 2749/1 in the B.D. Lad Industrial Park in Kundal. Being in an industrial park sounds fancy, but it is actually a very practical place for us to be. We have a bit of space here to manage things. We are a collective of farmers from the surrounding area. We realized a while back that we could do more if we organized ourselves into a proper company. It's been a bit of a journey learning how to deal with all the rules and regulations. Most of us are more comfortable in the dirt than behind a desk. We spend our mornings checking on the fields and our afternoons dealing with the logistics here in Kundal. It gets dusty and loud sometimes with all the movement in the park, but we don't mind much. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make sure that the hard work we put into our land actually pays off. There is always something breaking down or a delivery that is late, but that's just part of the business. We keep things honest and straightforward. If someone asks what we do, we tell them we grow food and try to sell it. It’s as simple as that. We are just local folks working hard to make ends meet in the current market.
