We are based at D-501 in Nishan Residency, which is in New Ranip. It’s near the G.S.T. Crossing and close to Sukan City. Codeswivel Services Private Limited isn't located in one of those huge office parks. Being in a place like this feels better. The building is a residential complex, so the vibe is more like home than a cold, corporate office. Desks are set up in a few rooms and that’s where all the work happens. New Ranip is a growing part of Ahmedabad, and it’s relatively easy to get to most days. Time is spent dealing with various service requests and technical problems. It’s mostly quiet inside, except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. A fancy logo on a glass wall doesn't exist here. There is just a small sign so people know they are at the right place. Most of the staff live nearby, which makes the commute pretty easy. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together in the kitchen area. It’s a very normal environment. Big words aren't used to describe the work. We just handle tech stuff and try to stay organized. If you come by, you’ll just see a few people working hard in a regular room. There's no corporate ladder to climb, just a lot of code to write and bugs to fix for the clients we have.
