We are located in the Tandalja area of Vadodara. Our place is called Basera Duplex on Tandalja Road. It’s a nice enough area, a bit more relaxed than the city center. Advanced Systek Pvt Ltd has been here for some time. Working out of a duplex gives it a bit of a family feel, rather than a cold office vibe. We have different rooms for different tasks. It’s a bit of a maze with all the equipment and parts we keep around. Sometimes we have to move boxes just to get to a desk. The road outside can get a bit crowded during school hours or when people are coming home from work. We have a small parking space out front, but it fills up fast. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. If something needs fixing, we just talk about it over tea. The weather in Gujarat is always a factor, so we have the AC running most of the time during the summer. We don't have a big corporate logo on the wall or anything. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs. People in the neighborhood know us as the tech guys in the duplex. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We like the quiet rhythm of Tandalja.
