We are based in Ankleshwar, right in the G.I.D.C. area. The office is in Amrapali Apartments, B/21, which is part of the New Colony. Working in G.I.D.C. means we are surrounded by a lot of industry and factories. It’s a busy, gritty part of town but that’s where the work is. Advanced Systek Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this apartment for a while. It’s a bit different working from a residential-style building in an industrial zone, but it works for us. The smells of the nearby plants are something you just stop noticing after a few months. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, though they struggle a bit with the air. Our day usually starts with a quick meeting and then we get into the technical tasks. It’s not a fancy setup. We have old desks and the floor is a bit worn in places. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people who come here are technicians or suppliers. We know the local shops where we can get a quick snack or a tea. It’s a hardworking environment. We don’t spend time on fluff. We just focus on getting the jobs done so we can head home. It’s a practical life here in Ankleshwar and we are fine with that.
