Prince Machines Pvt Ltd. is situated on Railway Road in the Fatehgarh Sahib district. Being so close to the tracks, we get the vibration of the trains passing by several times a day, which usually rattles the windows in the office. Our building is an older one, with thick walls and a big heavy gate that we roll open every morning. We deal with various types of machinery here, and the floor is usually crowded with parts, crates, and old engines. It’s a bit of a family atmosphere, where everyone knows about each other's kids and what’s going on in the town. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. If someone needs a machine part or a repair, we just take a look and tell them if we can do it or not. The grease gets everywhere, and no matter how much we sweep, the floor always has that dark, oily sheen to it. We take our tea breaks out front when the weather is nice, watching the people go by on their way to the station. It’s a steady life, and we’ve been part of the local landscape for quite some time now. We aren't looking to change much, just to keep the machines running and the shop open for whoever needs us. It is a simple place for simple work.
