G.S. International Rolling Co.

We are located out on G.T. Road, specifically on the Khanna side. G.S. International Rolling Co. has been operating from this stretch for quite some time now. The road is always loud with trucks and lorries going by, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We deal with heavy stuff, mostly rolling out metal and getting it into the right shapes for construction or whatever else is needed. The machines make a lot of noise, and it gets pretty hot in the summers, but the guys working the floor are used to it. We aren't a big flashy corporation with a board of directors. It’s mostly just a group of us who know how to handle the equipment and keep the rollers spinning. We spend our days watching the metal go through and making sure nothing jams up or bends the wrong way. It’s hard work and quite dusty too. Sometimes we have to wait for materials to arrive on the trucks, which can take a while if the highway is blocked. We’ve seen the area around G.T. Road change quite a bit over the years, with new shops popping up, but our yard stays pretty much the same. We have a small office where we keep the bills and paperwork, but most of the time we are out on the floor. It’s a practical business. We don't do much talking, mostly just getting the orders ready and loaded for the next truck.
