We are located in Village Tilpat, right at House Number 232. It’s a bit different than being in the main city of Faridabad. It’s more of a village feel here, which we actually prefer. People know each other and say hello on the street. We focus on teaching skills that people in the area can use to earn a living. The office is just a part of the house we converted. It’s got high ceilings and stay pretty cool in the summer. We don’t have fancy signs or a big marketing team. Most people find us because their neighbor told them we helped their son or daughter. We spend a lot of time on the floor or sitting on simple benches. It’s practical. Sometimes there’s a bit of mud tracked in during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time sweeping. We teach things like basic computer work and some vocational stuff. It’s not complicated, just things that people need to know. We’ve been part of Tilpat for years, so this isn't just a business for us, it’s where we live. We have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the day went. There’s no big corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to share what we know. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to our neighbors. We like the pace of life here and hope to keep going for a long time.
