No Degrees

Our place is at E-67, Dayal Bagh in Faridabad, right in the middle of a residential area. The name No Degrees came about because we didn’t really think you needed a piece of paper to be creative or get things done. We just started working on projects and it grew into what it is now. We spend most of our time at the desks here, drinking tea and trying to come up with ideas that aren't boring. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and old projects we haven't thrown away yet. Dayal Bagh is a quiet enough spot, which helps when we need to focus, though the power goes out sometimes and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. We don't really have a boss or a strict schedule; we just work until the job is finished. Sometimes we are here late into the night, and other times we take a long break in the afternoon when it’s too hot to think. It’s a very casual setup, mostly just us and whoever walks in with a new project. We like the fact that people can just drop by and see what we are doing without any formal appointment. It feels more like a workshop than a regular office. We’ve been in this part of Faridabad for a while and we know most of the people on the street by name now.
