We started this place out of Ashoka Enclave II here in Faridabad because we saw kids finishing school but not really knowing how to do the actual work. It’s a small setup in Sai Vatika. Honestly, the office isn’t huge or anything, but we get the job done. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet gets slow when it rains, but we keep going. People come here to learn things they didn’t get in books. It’s mostly about showing someone how a task is done properly. We spend a lot of time just talking through things. I’ve lived in this part of Haryana for a long time, so I know the neighborhood well. It’s nice being close to home. Most days it’s just us working through the syllabus and helping people figure out what to do next with their careers. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle in the corner. You might hear the local traffic outside sometimes. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to be useful. If someone walks in looking for help with their skills, we sit down and see where they are at. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but that is just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to help the folks around here get a bit better at what they do for a living. It keeps us busy and we like the community here.
