Indra Processors Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No 103 in Sector 24. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve been operating from this plot for some years now. The area is mostly other units like ours, so it's a lot of trucks and workers coming and going at all hours. We do processing work, which means there’s usually a lot of heat and noise inside the main area. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we keep the big fans going. We have a small office near the front gate, but most of us are usually out back where the actual work happens. We don't spend much on decorating the place because that’s not what people come to us for. They just want their orders handled right and on time. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which slows things down. That's just part of the business we are in. We try to keep a steady pace throughout the week. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of various schedules. We aren't a huge corporation, just a group of people making sure the processing gets finished properly. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or whatever is happening in the sector. It's a simple setup, but it works for us and has for a long time. It is just everyday work in an industrial zone.
