We are based at Plot No. 28 in Sector-27-C. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery coming from the neighbors. Indopol Food Processing Machinery Pvt .Ltd has its workshop and office right here on this plot. It’s a large space because we need room for the equipment we work on. The floor is concrete and often has a few oil stains or metal shavings lying around, which is just how it is when you’re building things. We have a small office section where the paperwork gets done, but most of the action happens out on the floor. The staff wears work clothes and spends a lot of time with tools in their hands. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We get a lot of visitors who want to see the machines in person before they decide on anything. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoons, making it quite warm inside, but we keep the big doors open for a breeze. There’s a constant clanking sound and the smell of cut metal in the air. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and find whoever is available. We’ve been at this Sector-27-C plot for years, and everyone around here knows us. We just focus on putting the machines together and making sure they work right. It is noisy and dirty sometimes, but that is just how machinery work goes.
