We are based out of Faridabad in Sector 21 C, right at Sco 150. It’s a standard office building in a part of the city that stays pretty busy during the daylight hours. We’ve been here long enough that we know almost all the other shopkeepers and office workers nearby. Inside our space, it’s mostly just us working through various certification documents and checking off all the necessary boxes. There is a whole lot of reading involved in what we do every day. We have to be really careful with the details, so there’s a lot of double-checking and even triple-checking sometimes. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but it’s what we know how to do well. The office has a few small rooms and a lot of stacks of paper. We try our best to keep it tidy but with all the new files coming in, it’s a constant battle to stay organized. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to do sales. People usually hear about us from someone else who used our services a few years ago. We keep the kettle on for tea and coffee throughout the day. The building itself is a bit older and the elevator can be slow, but it works fine for us. We arrive early and stay until the specific work for that day is finished. Sometimes that means staying late if there’s a big pile of certifications to go through before the deadline. It’s a steady, quiet pace.
