We are over here at 38 Main Street in Kalipalayam. It is a quiet spot in Elavanatham Post near Arachalur, and mostly we just spend our days dealing with different types of organic food items. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and make sure everything is handled right. People around here know us for being regular folks. We started Ueir Organic Foods Private Limited because there was a need for this kind of stuff locally. Most mornings start with checking the stock and seeing what needs to go out. It gets a bit dusty sometimes when the trucks pass by on the main road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the organic supplies are sorted and packed. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with the regulations, but we manage to keep up. It is a lot of physical work too, moving bags around and seeing if the seeds and grains are in good shape. If you come by, you’ll probably see us busy in the back or sitting at the desk trying to catch up on emails. It's a straightforward life here in the village, focusing on what we know about food and farming. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can every single day.
