Our place is at No;115 on RS Road, right across from the G.H. and near the Citi Union Bank in Perundhurai. It’s a central spot, so we get a lot of foot traffic passing by our door every day. At Natural Products Agro Svamrus Pvt. Ltd., we deal with items that come straight from the earth. The office is often filled with the smell of different herbs or processed oils, depending on what we have in stock that week. We started this business because we wanted to work with natural goods, and Perundhurai seemed like a good place to set up. The building is easy to spot because of the landmarks nearby, which helps since we don't spend much on advertising. Inside, the shelves are packed with jars and bags, and there is usually a stack of shipping boxes waiting by the entrance. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers; we all just pitch in to get the orders filled and the shop cleaned up. Sometimes we run out of something popular and have to explain it to the customers, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a busy, somewhat messy environment, but we like the pace. Being near the bank and the hospital means there is always someone around, and we've become a familiar part of the local scenery.
