We’re located out in Gengarampalayam, near the Andiarpalayam area. It’s more of a rural setup than a city office, which suits us just fine. Being out here means we have more space to move around, which is good for what we do. Things are a bit slower-paced than they are in the town center. We’ve got a small team, mostly people from the nearby villages who walk or bike over to work every morning. The building is simple, nothing fancy at all, just a roof over our heads and our tools. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what needs to be done that week. It’s the kind of place where everyone helps out with everything. If a delivery truck arrives unexpectedly, even the person doing the books might come out to help unload it. We don't really have a formal or strict way of doing things, just a routine that has developed naturally over time. The weather out here affects our work quite a bit, especially during the rainy season when the roads get muddy and slow. We spend a lot of time making sure things are stored properly so they don't get damp. It’s honest, hard work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company out there. We just want to provide for our families and keep the business running smoothly year after year. It's a quiet life.
