Glazier Castings

We’ve been over here on Vellmadai Road in Athipalayam for a while now. Most people find us at Door No-1/186 without too much trouble. It's a busy spot but we like it. The workshop is always humming with noise and there's usually a bit of dust in the air from the casting work. We spend our days dealing with metals and molds. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty every single day. My dad started things around here and now we just keep the machines running. We don't have a fancy office or anything. There’s just a small desk in the corner where we keep the papers. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We just focus on getting the parts done right so they fit where they are supposed to go. If you walk in, you’ll probably see me or one of the guys covered in grease. We don't mind the mess though. It’s just how things are at a foundry. The neighbors know us well since we've been at S.F No-538 for years. We try to stay out of the way but the trucks coming in can make it a bit crowded on the road sometimes. We just keep our heads down and work through whatever orders are on the board that week. It’s nothing flashy, just regular casting work done by people who know the heat of the furnace.
