So, Z-VILLA & RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED is basically run out of the Kollakandy House. It’s over in Emily, which is part of Kalpetta North. It’s more of a home-based setup really, care of Abdulla K K. We don't have a big flashing sign or anything like that. We just work from here to manage the villa and resort stuff. Wayanad is a beautiful place, and being in Kalpetta North keeps us close to everything we need. It’s quiet mostly, which helps when we’re trying to get the books balanced or talk to suppliers. We started this because we saw a lot of people coming to this part of Kerala. It isn't always easy, sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, but we make it work. We aren't some giant company from the city. We’re local people. The office is just a room with some files and a couple of computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone. If you're looking for us, we’re just there at the house in Emily. It’s a bit different from a standard office, but it works for us. We just try to keep things running smoothly for the resort. There’s no big mystery to it. We just put in the hours every day. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. It keeps the business grounded and manageable for us.
