You can find us at the NJK Tripthy Building on Sahodaran Ayyappan Road in Kochi. We are on the first floor at room 39/575-C. It’s a busy part of Ernakulam, and there is always something going on right outside our window. Valanjambalam Hotels Private Limited is our small company, and we use this space to manage our hotel operations. Being in the heart of Kochi means we are close to everything, which is helpful for business, but it also means dealing with a lot of noise and traffic. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it's just a functional office with some files and a coffee machine. We spend our mornings looking at the occupancy rates and talking to the managers at our locations. The building itself is an older one, but it suits us just fine. We aren't trying to be some high-tech firm; we just do things the old-fashioned way with a lot of phone calls and face-to-face meetings. Our staff has been with us for a long time, so we’re like a small family. We focus on the practical side of hospitality, like making sure the linens are clean and the staff is well-trained. It’s a lot of routine work, but we take pride in doing it right. We’re just local people working in the city, trying to keep things running smoothly for our guests every single day.
