Towino Hotel Private Limited is our company name. We are located in Madakkathara, which is near Mannuthy in Thrissur. Specifically, we operate out of Panakkal House. People around here know the area well. It's mostly just us doing our thing every day. We handle the rooms and the building maintenance ourselves for the most part. Sometimes things get busy, especially during the local festivals in Thrissur, but we manage. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just the spot in Madakkathara where we work. We’ve lived in this part of Kerala for a long time, so we know the roads and the neighbors quite well. Most days are about checking the registers and making sure the staff knows what’s going on for the week. It’s a lot of practical work, like fixing things and talking to folks who come by to ask questions. We aren't trying to be some massive chain from the big city. We just stay here and keep the place running. It’s quiet enough around here, though the highway isn't too far off, so you hear the trucks. We keep the books in the office at the house. If you are looking for us, we are right by the P.O. in Mannuthy. It's a straightforward operation. We don’t do much of that social media stuff or fancy advertising. People mostly find us because they know the name or they live close by.
