Tgreen Resorts And Hotels Private Limited is based out of a flat in the Confident Capella building, specifically number 1202. We are located in Rajagiri Valley in Kakkanad, which is a busy part of the city these days. You can see a lot of the newer developments from our window on the twelfth floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We handle our resort and hotel business from this apartment, sitting at our desks and making calls. The area around Rajagiri is always full of students and people working in tech, so there is a lot of energy nearby. Even though we are in a residential-style building, we keep a professional schedule. We spend the morning going through emails and the afternoon dealing with the logistics of our properties. It gets pretty hot in Kakkanad during the summer months, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Being at Stair 1 in the Capella complex makes it easy for people to find us once they get past the main gate. It is a straightforward operation without any big bells or whistles. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city noise. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the valley. We keep a simple kitchen for tea and snacks while we work through our daily checklists.
