Scale And Pencil Architects

Our place is called the Scale And Pencil Complex, located in Manjummel. We are pretty close to the I C Church, which is how most people find us. We are architects who spend most of our time between the drawing board and the construction site. It is a bit of a mix here in the office. Some days are quiet with just the sound of pencils on paper, and other days are loud with people coming in and out. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate vibe. We prefer to keep things real. If there is a problem with a design or a beam, we just sit down and figure it out together. We’ve worked on all sorts of buildings around Ernakulam over the years. Being in Manjummel gives us a bit of space away from the main city rush, though we are still busy most of the time. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just look at the land you have and tell you what can be built there. It takes a lot of patience to get a building right, and we have learned that through a lot of trial and error. Our office is full of cardboard models and old plans. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. We just like building things that last and work well for the people who use them. That is the long and short of it for our group.
