We are over at Isq House in Maliakel Lane. It’s a quiet enough spot in Edapally, tucked away near Ponekkara Church. The team here is mostly busy with drawing plans and checking on site progress throughout the week. We handle both the architecture side and the inside stuff, so there is always a lot to keep track of. You’ll usually see us walking around with rolled-up blueprints or checking some measurements on a laptop. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and it’s become our second home. It isn't a polished showroom; it is a working office with half-empty tea cups and samples of granite lying around on almost every table. We spend a lot of time discussing how to fit a big idea into a small plot of land. Edapally is always growing, and we are just glad to be a small part of that change. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just listen to what you need for your house or shop and see if we can make it happen. Sometimes the ideas change halfway through, and we just deal with it and move forward. We know the local workers and the shops in the lane. It’s just us doing our thing, making sure the measurements are right and the walls are where they belong. We stay pretty grounded. No big speeches, just steady work from morning until late evening.
