Cds Architects

You’ll find Cds Architects over at Plot No-53 in Girinagar. It’s a bit of a local landmark for us now. The office is basically a big room filled with drawing tables and computers. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly just covered in project schedules and city maps. It’s a practical place where the main goal is to get the designs finished on time. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always boiling because we go through a lot of tea while we’re working. There’s no big sign-in sheet or formal greeting when you walk through the door. Usually, someone will just wave you over to a chair. We spend a lot of time arguing about the best way to lay out a room or how to handle a specific site constraint. It’s a lot of technical talk and messy sketches on scrap paper before anything gets finalized on the computer. We’ve had some long nights here when a big project is due, and the place definitely feels lived-in. We don't put on any acts for clients. We just show them what we’re working on and explain the reality of the construction process. It’s a bit of a noisy, busy place but we wouldn't have it any other way. Girinagar is a nice area to work in, and being at Plot No-53 feels just right for the kind of work we do every day.
