RONAN ZUKOVA HOTELS (OPC) PRIVATELIMITED

This little hotel business is run out of Silver Spring Villas in the Manakkappady area of Aluva. Specifically, it's the Thekkinedath House, which is where Daisy Theruviparambath is based. We aren't a big chain or anything corporate like that. It’s more of a personal setup here in Ernakulam. Being in Aluva is nice because it’s a bit away from the main city noise, though things are still growing fast around here. The pincode is 683101 if you’re looking us up on a map. We mostly focus on keeping the place quiet for whoever is staying. It’s a private limited company but really it’s just a small operation. Most days involve just normal chores, making sure the villa stays in good shape and helping people find their way around the neighborhood. The roads can be a bit narrow near Manakkappady, but once you find Silver Spring, it’s easy enough. We don't have a big staff, so things are done by hand. It feels more like a home than a big hotel, which is probably why people choose to stay with us. We don’t have any big marketing plans or anything. We just keep the rooms clean and wait for the next guest to arrive. It’s a steady way to live. Aluva is a good place to be, and we like being part of the community here without making a lot of noise about it. We just provide a room and a bit of peace for travelers.
