We are located at No.Xli/2027 on Kalabhavan Road. This is a family-run business that has been around for a while. The building we are in has a lot of character and shows its age in a few places, but it is home to us. We do not have a big team of people; it is mostly just the family and a few helpers who have been with us for years. The road outside can get quite busy during the day with people heading towards the main parts of the city. We keep the shop open for long hours to make sure we are there when people need something. Our space is filled with all sorts of items from our inventory, and it might look a bit cluttered to an outsider. But we know exactly where every single thing is kept on the shelves. There is no corporate manual here; we just handle things as they come up and talk to our customers like they are neighbors. We often sit out front when things are slow to catch a bit of a breeze. It is a very traditional way of working, and we haven't felt the need to change it much over the years. We deal with people directly and try to keep our word on every deal we make. It is a simple life on Kalabhavan Road, and we are happy to keep things going just as they are without needing to grow into some huge corporation.
