Our shop is located at 192/1 on Maniyakaram Palayam Road in the Ganapathi area. It’s a busy street, and we’ve been part of the Thiruvenkata Nagar neighborhood for some time. We handle trading for various goods, and our store is usually packed with stock. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a new delivery arrives, but we manage. We aren’t a large corporation; we are just a local business trying to do things the right way. Most of our customers are people from around here or businesses nearby. We spend a lot of time checking the items that come in to make sure they are okay to sell. The shelves are often full, and the counter is usually covered in receipts and order forms. It’s a hands-on job, and we don’t mind getting our hands dirty moving boxes around. The morning hours are the busiest when the shops nearby are opening up. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood. There’s always someone passing by or a truck unloading something. We don't have a marketing team or a big strategy. We just open the doors, talk to the people who come in, and try to provide what they are looking for. It’s practical work that keeps us connected to the community. We've learned over the years that being consistent is what matters most to our regulars. The fan in the corner hums all day, but we barely hear it anymore.
