Luckotia Hotels Private Limited is based out of the Azhikkakath White House. That’s at 5/58-B, right at Mathoor Junction in Eroor North. If you are familiar with Tripunithura, you probably know the junction. It’s a good spot to be. We have been here for a while, and the White House building is pretty easy for people to find. We are in the business of running hotels, which basically means we are always worrying about whether guests are happy or if something broke in one of the rooms. Tripunithura has that old-town feel, even with all the new stuff coming up. We like being in Eroor North because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center, but we can still get anywhere quickly. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to vendors and checking schedules. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes we’re just making sure the laundry is done on time or that the water tanks are full. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just try to keep the doors open and the lights on for anyone who needs a place to stay. The 682306 area is home for us. We see the same faces at the tea shop every morning before we head into the office. It’s a local operation, run by people who actually live around here and know how the neighborhood works.
