L & B Promoters

We’ve been here at Vaipila in Kochi for a good while now. Our spot is right near that big Reliance Super Market, which makes it easy for folks to find us even if the traffic around here gets a bit crazy during the evenings. Being L & B Promoters means we spend a lot of our time looking at maps and dealing with various bits of paperwork for land and houses. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and some chairs where we sit and talk through things with whoever walks in. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the cars and people heading to the market, but we don't mind much. Most of the people who come by are locals from around the B C area or just people looking to get something sorted with their property. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn’t happen every day. Usually, it’s just us figuring out how to get things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops pop up and the roads get busier, but we’re still right here at number 15. It’s a decent place to work and we get to meet a lot of different characters from all over Kochi. Just a regular business trying to stay on top of things.
