L&P Rubber Industries

L&P Rubber Industries is located in the Rubber Park over in Valayanchirangra, near Perumbavoor. Being inside the park is very convenient for us because all the resources we need are right here. Our facility is where we handle the processing and manufacturing of rubber products. It is definitely an industrial setting, so it is often loud and there is a lot of movement throughout the day. We have a dedicated crew of people who know how to work the machines and handle the raw materials. It’s the kind of work where you don't mind getting your hands dirty to get the job done. We don't have a big corporate office or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the shop floor checking on the production lines. We’ve been part of the Perumbavoor industrial scene for a while now and we like being here. We don't bother with expensive marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a local factory making rubber goods for the people who need them. The days can be long, especially when we have big orders to fill, but we just keep at it until the work is finished. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment, and we think that is the best way to run a business like this. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks.
