Bee Vee Jay Associate

We are based over in Malayattoor Village, which is part of the Aluva Tehsil. Our office is just at No- 6, and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood most of the time. Being in a village means we know almost everyone who walks past the front gate. Bee Vee Jay Associate isn't some corporate firm with a hundred employees. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and making sure the local projects get done. The building is older, with high ceilings and those old-style windows that let in a lot of light. We don't have any flashy signs out front, just a small one so people don't miss the turn. Most days, we spend our time on the phone or writing out notes. It gets very green and lush here during the monsoon, though the dampness isn't great for the paper files. We have a small table where we drink coffee and talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There’s no rush to grow into something huge. We are happy just being a part of the local community in Aluva. Sometimes people drop by just to chat for a bit, and we don't mind the distraction. The work gets done eventually, even if we take a few more breaks than people in the city do. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just do our bit and hope for the best.
