Kott Ventures Pvt.Ltd. is based in Cochin, specifically at A47 in the GS Business Park. We are located within the Kinfra Hmt Colony in the Kalamassery area. It’s an industrial part of the city, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. The business park is home to many different kinds of companies, which makes for an interesting atmosphere. Our space is functional and mostly used for coordinating our various ventures. It’s not a place for fancy meetings or expensive furniture. We have our desks, our computers, and usually a few maps or charts on the walls. Cochin weather can be tough, with the humidity and the heavy monsoon rains, but we just get on with it. Kalamassery is a good location for us because it’s well-connected. Most of our days are spent on the phone or in meetings, trying to keep our projects moving forward. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work. We like the local vibe of the business park and the small tea shops nearby. It feels like a real working environment where people actually get things done. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local scene pretty well. It’s a simple, no-nonsense way to run a business, and we just focus on the task at hand.
