We are located in Gurudev Lane, just off P J Antony in the Palarivattom area. Identity Infrastructure Pvt Ltd might sound like a big name, but we are just a group of people working out of a modest office here in Ernakulam. We’ve been at this for some time. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out, checking plans or talking about the next steps on a project. It’s not a polished environment. There are usually some rolls of paper and various tools lying around. We prefer it that way. It shows we are actually doing something. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing what we said we would do. The lane is usually quiet, which is nice when you need to think. Sometimes we have to run out to various sites, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the back. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change while we’ve been here. It’s a good place to be based. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day operations. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real work. We don't make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us, the office, and the work we have to do.
