Benny Xavier

This is Benny Xavier and I run things out of Kuttikal House. We are located in the Kothad area, which you get to via Chittoor if you are coming from Ernakulam. It is a quiet spot, not like the middle of the city where everything is loud and rushed. My house is basically the center of operations here. I started this because I wanted to do something on my own and it just made sense to use the space I already had. There isn't a front desk or a secretary or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you are probably just going to see me or one of the family members around. It’s a very local way of doing things, keeping it simple and straightforward. Sometimes the rain here in Kerala makes things slow down a bit, especially when the roads get muddy, but we manage to keep moving along. I handle most of the calls and the paperwork myself. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes to keep everything sorted, but that’s just how it is when you run a small local setup from home. I don't spend money on big signs or advertising because most people find out about me through word of mouth around the neighborhood. It’s just honest work being done from a regular house in a quiet village.
