Smart Global Concepts is over at Door/No-9/237/E in Kuzhivelipady. We are quite close to the Masjid, which is the main landmark people use to find us. It is a quiet enough area compared to the city center, but we get our fair share of people coming through. Our office or workspace, whatever you want to call it, is a simple room with a few tables and chairs. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. Most people who deal with us are from around the neighborhood or have heard about us through a friend. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desks trying to figure out the next steps for whatever project we have on hand. It is not a very formal environment. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall nearby and we just sit and talk about what needs to be done. The building itself is just a regular concrete structure, nothing special to look at. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here. Every morning we open the shutters and start the day’s routine. It is just a group of us working together in this small corner of Kuzhivelipady. We do not have a big corporate story. We just show up, do the work, and go home when it is finished for the day. It is a small operation but it keeps us busy enough.
