If you're looking for us, we are right in the Nangelimalil Arcade on A.M. Road, at Door No: 3/125 J. It’s a busy enough spot, and we chose it because it’s easy for folks to find when they are passing through. J T S Hotels and Resorts LLP started because a few of us wanted to get into the hospitality side of things around here. It isn't always glamorous work. Most mornings start with us checking the books or seeing what needs fixing up. The arcade can get a bit loud with all the shops nearby, but we like the energy of it. We are mostly focused on getting our rooms and spaces ready for guests who just want a decent place to rest for a night or two. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the road, just a reliable one. Sometimes the rain makes the commute to the office a bit of a mess, but that's just how it goes in this region. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table in the office just talking through what guests might need. It’s a small operation, really. We handle most of the stuff ourselves, from the paperwork to making sure the lights are working. It’s been a big learning process for all of us involved. We hope that when people stop by, they feel like they’re dealing with real people, because that’s all we are.
