Iray Hotels Private Limited is located right near the Fortkochi Bus Terminal. We’re in building number 1/509, using units A1, A2, and A3. Being in Fortkochi means we are surrounded by old buildings and a lot of history, which is why we chose this spot. It’s a busy area with tourists and locals always moving around. Our hotel isn't some modern glass tower; it fits in with the older feel of Ernakulam. We spend our days managing the rooms and helping guests find their way to the Chinese fishing nets or the local cafes. It’s a family-run kind of vibe even though we are a private limited company on paper. We don't have a script for when people call us. We just answer the phone and try to help. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic near the bus terminal gets really loud, but that’s just part of living and working in Fortkochi. We aren't trying to sell you a dream. We’re just offering a place to stay that’s close to everything. We do our own maintenance and sometimes you’ll see us painting a door or fixing a light ourselves. It’s a hands-on business and we like it that way. We’ve been here at No. 18 for a bit now and we’re just part of the neighborhood. We focus on the basics and keep things moving. There is always something to do around here.
