Infra Hotels & Resorts Ltd is found on the first floor of the CLS Building on MG Road. This is a very busy part of the city, right opposite the international airport area with the 682011 pin code. Our office is where all the planning and paperwork happens for the different spots we manage. It is a bit of a noisy place because of the planes and the traffic on MG Road, but you get used to it after a while. We spend our days on the phone or working on the computers to keep everything moving. It is a typical office setup with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets everywhere. People come in and out all day for meetings or just to drop off papers. We do not have a lobby like a hotel here because this is the administrative side of things. The staff has been here for a long time, so we have a routine that works. We take turns making tea and checking the mail that comes in from the other locations. Being so close to the airport means we are always aware of the time and the flight schedules. It is a practical space for running a business. There are no big decorations, just the things we need to do our jobs every day. We focus on the logistics and making sure the resorts have what they need to stay open for guests.
