Inceptio Foods & Hotels India Limited Liability Partnership is a bit of a long name, but that is us. We are based on Kumaran Ashan Road in Kaloor. You can find us at 37/1732 A, in a building called M M Enclave. Kaloor is a very busy part of the city, and being on Kumaran Ashan Road means there is always a lot of noise and activity outside. We do both foods and hotels, which keeps us twice as busy as most people. Our office in M M Enclave is where we manage the staff and handle all the orders. We are not some big corporate entity with a polished image. We are just a local partnership of people who wanted to start something in the food and lodging industry. Most of our days are spent checking on the kitchen or making sure the rooms are in good shape. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but that is just the nature of the business in a place like Kochi. We do not have any fancy philosophy about what we do. We just make food and provide rooms for people who need them. We have been in this spot for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners on the road. It is a tight-knit community despite how busy it is. We are just regular people working hard in Kaloor to keep the business going.
