HEARTLAND HOTELS AND RESORTS LLP is tucked away in Chemberakky, near South Vazhakulam. Our address is 10/249 (A) in Valiyaparambil. It’s a quiet part of Aluva, which is nice because the city can get so crowded. We started this because we wanted to have a place that felt a bit more like home and less like a cold hotel room. We aren’t a giant corporation. It is mostly just us and a few local workers who help keep the place clean and the grass cut. Running a resort in Ernakulam has its challenges, like the humidity and the busy seasons, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We don’t have a massive reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hanging around ready to help out. We spend our time making sure the rooms are ready and that the water is running fine. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We don’t do a lot of advertising because most of our guests come from word of mouth. Someone stays here, likes the quiet, and tells their cousin or a friend. That’s how we’ve stayed in business. We just try to be honest and provide a place where people can sleep comfortably without any big drama or complications. It’s just how we operate.
