Hawk Leisure Hotels & Resorts Private Limited operates out of the first floor of the Karollil building, which is number 44/2967-A4 in Ernakulam. We are right in the middle of things here. It isn't a huge resort with acres of land, but more of a management office where we handle our hospitality business. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, making sure everything is running right at the properties we look after. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes with all the paperwork and files, but we get the job done. We aren't a big, shiny corporation. We are just a small team of people who know the hotel business in Kerala. Some days are loud because of the traffic outside on the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We started this company because we like the travel industry and wanted to have our own thing. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. Whether it's a plumbing issue at a guest house or a booking mistake, we just deal with it. It’s regular work, and we put in the hours every day. We’ve been in this spot in Ernakulam for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it simple. It keeps us busy from morning till night.
