Grand Hotel

Grand Hotel has been on M.G. Road in Ernakulam for decades. If you ask anyone in town, they probably know where we are. It’s a busy street, right in the heart of the city, so there’s always noise and people walking by. Our building has that old-world look, nothing like the glass towers you see popping up now. People mostly know us for our food. We’ve been serving the same kind of local meals for a very long time, and we don't plan on changing that. The rooms are traditional, with heavy wood and a quiet atmosphere that blocks out the traffic from outside. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here, even if it’s a big operation. We have staff members who have retired here after working thirty years. It’s not the flashiest place on the block, but it’s reliable. We get a lot of business travelers and families who have been staying with us for generations. When you walk in, it smells like good food and old wood. We keep things running the way they’ve always run. We don't use much technology for the sake of it; we just talk to our guests and make sure they have what they need. It's a bit of history right in the middle of a modern city. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going for whoever needs a room.
