Gold Ray Hotels Private Limited

We run Gold Ray Hotels Private Limited from a couple of units, 37/468 and 37/469, over at the Hotel Seagate building. That’s in Pathadippalam South, which is part of Kalamassery. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. Most people know the Seagate building around here, so it’s not too hard to find us if you’re looking. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit. Managing a hotel business isn’t always easy, especially with all the competition nearby, but we just stick to what we know. There's always a lot of traffic on the main roads in Kalamassery, so we usually just stay put and handle the admin from here. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are clean and the guests have what they need. It’s a practical approach. The building is older, but it has character. We spend our days dealing with suppliers, checking on the staff, and making sure the maintenance is up to date. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We aren't some giant corporation with a million rules. We just try to be fair and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a local business through and through, and we’re happy being based in Pathadippalam. There’s no need to overcomplicate how we work every day.
