Our office for CHITRANGI RESORTS & SPA PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Nagarjuna Pearl Bay Apartments. We are specifically in Flat No A 803, which is way up there on the eighth floor. Being on KP Vallon Road in Kadavanthara means we are right in the middle of everything in Kochi. It’s a busy area, and finding parking downstairs can be a real headache sometimes if you aren't lucky. The apartment building is nice enough, but it’s mostly just a place for us to keep our files and sit at our desks. From the window, you can see a lot of the city traffic moving along. We chose this spot because it’s central and easy for us to get to from different parts of town. It isn't a showroom or a place where we host big parties. It’s just where the administrative work happens for the resorts. Sometimes the elevator takes a while to come down, which gives us a minute to chat with the neighbors. We like the vibe of Kadavanthara because you’ve got all the shops and little cafes nearby if we need to grab a quick tea. It is a very normal office environment, with computers, some stray papers, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We don't try to look more important than we are; we just focus on the daily tasks at hand.
