CATEFACTORY HOTEL AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Eachamukku, specifically on Thuthiyoor Road in Kakkanad. If you know the area, you know it’s changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. We decided to set up shop here because there’s always something happening. We handle both hotel rooms and some service work on the side. It’s a small team of us here. Most of the guys have been with us since we opened these units, 14/22(7) and 14/22(8). We aren’t some big corporate chain with a fancy office in a skyscraper. We just work out of these rooms and try to get things done. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of traffic on the way to the IT parks nearby. We spend our time fixing up the rooms and making sure the services we offer are actually useful to people. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually sit down for a tea. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person. We just rely on being in a good spot where people need a place to stay or some help with their daily needs. It’s a simple business and we like keeping it that way without too much fuss.
