We've been operating out of our office on the N.H. Bye Pass in Vyttila for a while now. If you know Cochin, you know how busy this stretch gets with all the cars and people moving through. Arctic Hotels and Resorts Private Limited basically manages things from here at 49/322 A. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and coordination for our different spots. My team and I spend most of our mornings just catching up on emails and making sure everything is running okay at the locations. Kerala's weather keeps us on our toes, especially when the monsoon hits and we have to check on the buildings. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on the basic work of keeping hotels going. Vyttila is a good spot for us because it’s central, even if the traffic is a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here at the P.O. address for some time, and the neighbors know us. There’s a small tea shop nearby where we usually grab a quick break. Most of what we do involves keeping track of bookings and making sure the staff elsewhere have what they need. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, like checking inventory or fixing a leaky pipe, but that's what hotel work is really about when you get down to it. Just keeping things moving along for everyone.
