Architrendz

Architrendz is located on Pallissery Road in Palarivattom. It's a bit of a quiet corner in Ernakulam, which helps when we need to concentrate on our designs. Our office is at number 32/1611A, and it’s basically just a room filled with drawing tables and a couple of old computers. We spend our days sketching out ideas and trying to make them fit into the spaces we’re given. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or a secretary. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just stops what we’re doing to answer it. We like the hands-on approach. Most of us have lived in Ernakulam our whole lives, so we know how the local climate affects buildings and what materials work best here. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we know everything. We just take each project as it comes and try to figure out the best way to get it done. Sometimes the drawings take longer than expected, or a client changes their mind at the last minute, and we just have to start over. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’re happy staying small and doing our own thing here on Pallissery Road without too much outside interference. We usually have a bit of music playing in the background to keep the mood light while we work on our latest set of blueprints. It is a simple way to spend the work week, and it works for us.
