Usha Martin Indsstries Ltd(Plant Dept) Jamshedpur

You can find us over at House Number 15 on Road Number 7. We are part of the Plant Department here in Jamshedpur, located near the junction where Road 10 meets. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the local turns. We’ve got a lot of equipment around and the air always smells like metal and oil. It’s a real working environment, not one of those quiet offices in a skyscraper. The guys here are usually covered in a bit of dust by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy sign or anything, just a gate and some people who know what they’re doing. Jharkhand stays pretty busy, and being in the plant side of things means we are always on our feet. We don't have time for long meetings that don't go anywhere. We talk while we work. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and plenty of noise. It gets loud when the machines are all going at once. We like the pace though. It keeps you sharp. Sometimes the monsoon makes getting to Road 7 a bit of a challenge, but we always make it in. We are just a local crew doing the heavy lifting for Usha Martin Industries. It’s not a complicated story, just work. Every day is different, but the goal is the same—keep the equipment running and get the orders out.
